For this reason, check if any refresh messages ended up in a Processing error.

If so, have the client update the needed line items on the GAM side.

2. Modify the Field in GAM

If the error that the refresh message failed with is “STRING TOO LONG”, identify the field that is causing the issue (e.g. “Sizes” field) by having too much data stored in it.

Access the 'Expected creatives' section on the main screen of the problematic line items in GAM. Reduce the data in the field so that it does not exceed 255 characters.

3. Unarchive Line Items in GAM

If the line items are archived in GAM, unarchive them.

4. Refresh from Ad Server in Salesforce

In Salesforce, go to each line item where the 'csdf__Status_Update_Message_Status__c' field is set to 'Processing error.' Press the 'Refresh from Ad Server' button to trigger a manual refresh.

5. Adjust Impression Goals

After the refresh is successful, attempt to adjust the impression goals on the line items in the Sales Order console.
