Tracking Organization Provisioning Requests with the CloudSense Support Portal

Starting Monday, January 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM UTC, you will be able to track organization provisioning requests through the CloudSense Support Portal.

How to Submit Requests

You can submit provisioning requests in two ways:

  1. Use the CloudSense Support Portal.

  2. Continue to send requests via email to csherokusecurity@cloudsense.com.

What Changes to Expect

  • Email Forwarding to the Support Portal:All email requests sent to csherokusecurity@cloudsense.com will automatically be forwarded to the CloudSense Support Portal.

  • Responses from a New Email Address:Replies to email requests will now come from support@cloudsense.kayako.com. Please notify your team and whitelist this email address on your mail server to prevent messages from being marked as spam.

  • Request Tracking:You can track the status of your tickets directly through the CloudSense Support Portal.

These updates are designed to enhance the customer experience by:

  • Providing better tracking and management of organization provisioning requests
