How to Submit Requests
You can submit provisioning requests in two ways:

Use the CloudSense Support Portal.

Continue to send requests via email to csherokusecurity@cloudsense.com.
What Changes to Expect

Email Forwarding to the Support Portal:All email requests sent to csherokusecurity@cloudsense.com will automatically be forwarded to the CloudSense Support Portal.

Responses from a New Email Address:Replies to email requests will now come from support@cloudsense.kayako.com. Please notify your team and whitelist this email address on your mail server to prevent messages from being marked as spam.

Request Tracking:You can track the status of your tickets directly through the CloudSense Support Portal.
